 <description>&lt;p&gt;An umbrella organization of reform groups! Similar to the AFL-CIO for unions. The UCRG will offer the ability to unite groups on petitions and for organized protests, while each group individually retains its own identity and purpose. Eventually to join a yet a forming National group of United Congress of Reform Groups as conceived by Mr. James C. Ellis Sr, (&lt;a href=&quot;mailto:Fa1thful1@aol.com&quot;&gt;Fa1thful1@aol.com&lt;/a&gt;, and also &lt;a href=&quot;mailto:Fa1thful1@yahoo.com&quot;&gt;Fa1thful1@yahoo.com&lt;/a&gt;)on. The goal is to unite all web reformers so we can assemble millions of signatures to get Congress to respond according to the will of the people, and not the will of corporations, lobbyists, political parties, foreign interests, and unspecial interests as they currently do. If Congress still fails to act in the interst of the people, WE THE PEOPLE will then ask the&lt;/p&gt;
