How beautiful to hear Donalds loving vision for peace.

Yet let us not forget that the 'hallowed ground' that he speaks of is actually of 'all those who died before' and ' that the bones interred' are the result of the genocide of the native american indians. This melting pot should not forget what they did to the indigenous peoples of North America.....and that this melting pot is still the only country that imposed the wrath of an atomic bomb upon an other nation.

I agree indeed with Donalds words: How arrogant of us to divide up through war and greed our God-given Mother Earth.

And most certainly he is correct when he speaks of the ills of greed.

So let us all look at the greed that creates disharmony and infuses a fear to accept equality among all souls.Let us learn to share the awareness of self dignity in a way that will allow everyone the peace of equality.

On September 19, 2000, I had the honor of playing my Peace Gong at the Millennium Peace Day celebration at the United Nations. It was 72 hours that changed the world as each child from 188 countries sat in the seats of the regular adult delegates and honored the children of the past, present and future. It was a day of peace scrolls, Cloth of Many Colors project, singing dancing and celebration. It was one of the highlights of my life.
