Leave your valuables at home.
Bring a copy of the US Constitution.
Wear Orange.

If anyone is arrested it will be after 3 warnings, and you will have the opportunity to leave at the 3rd warning rather than choosing arrest.
Tips for those who do plan to face arrest in a Congressional Office Building should the need arise:
If you have a car, you can park it at the Union Station or National Airport parking garage and leave it there as long as you need to.
Bring a photo ID, such as a driver's license.
If you are arrested, there is the possibility that you will need money in order to be released (should you choose to pay it). You may not need any money, but to be on the safe side, you should have $100 in your pocket. Those who need money and cannot afford it will be covered by the Camp Casey Peace Institute.

Of course, Congressman Conyers may choose not to arrest us and instead talk to us about starting impeachment hearings. The more of us there are, the more likely that is.
If there are arrests, and if payments are required for release, some will choose to stay in jail.

The worlds population is dealing with a situation in which it has been given No*Alternative option which is supported by a wide base of leadership, other than the present course of fear based actions.

Under this control, they will choose violent conflict.

Even though The People desire peace, they must be*given a path to follow, for they do*not trust peace as the path, thus their leaders must be*shown, the will of the people.

One who claims the ability to create a sustainable, peaceful solution through the use of violent conflict, is quite simply the dis-ease, masquerading as the cure.

and so we*continue, lesser for that which we have been and are, yet greater in the knowing of what we could possibly be.

It’s not about the long list of anomalies and discrepancies in the official story of 9/11. It’s not even about the undeniable fact that the events of 9/11 gave George Bush and his handlers the keys to the neocon kingdom of empire. It really is not.
