Well, you're the Webmaster, but from my observation, this seems to be one area in which we are "dancing madly backward." Is it that these pictures were out of focus originally, or are we gradually losing resolution?

Please review the definition in the oldest picture I can clearly remember; this is about as clear as one could wish. In particular, look at how readable the sign is and how expressive the faces are. Now look at a somewhat more recent picture, and we start to get a little fuzzy, but not as fuzzy as in the third picture in the current entry, where the man on the left seems to be at about the same distance.

The first two in the current entry are just space fillers in that they really don't inform the viewer as they should. In the second one, we should be able to read at least the closest two signs, and the woman in the blue hat has no facial features at all. This is also evident in the first picture. Again, we should be able to read that huge sign (at least at the top where it is not overexposed or reflecting sunlight), and the woman in blue has no face. Neither does the one standing to her left (our right) holding the sign. Look also at the tips of the pickets of the fence.

I hate to present a problem without suggesting a solution, but this is beyond my technical level of comprehension.

"Blue in a Red State"

Civil Liberties and the Patriot Act - Rally

This is mostly a blog entry to test uploading images and attachments. Attended a rally at the state house in Boston. There is a resolution before the legislature to affirm civil liberties and express concern over the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001.

Passed out Jimmy Tingle flyers to people in attendance. See attached flyer:
