They are not doing that.<br /> They are bypassing laws in place to go to a federal court to get warrants in order to be kept accountable for their spying and just spied illegally.<br /> The press didn't make a big deal. The Congress didn't make a big deal. The people are debating this. How can we debate the President breaking the Law? How can you explain<br /> any administration that consistently lies to the people and allows so many men and women to die in the name of democracy when it steals democracy at home.<br /> Ask the soldiers who are dying to export democracy to Iraq if they know what freedom is. "Do they plan to vote? Do their parents vote? Or is this just an insane period of<br /> transition to a fascist state? I would say we lost democracy when Bush stole the elections twice. First with the help of the Supreme Elders and then with phoney machines.<br /> Pray for this year to be better, but don't count on it.
