What I got from her videos is that we can help heal the earth best by getting in touch with our own spirituality with an attitude of gratitude and bliss. There are no requirements, no dogma, no rituals because everyone is invited and expected, not just those who have that particular hour to give to meditation. My suggestion is to ask whoever is in your presence at that time for a few minutes to participate in a celebration circle in which each in turn can share whatever gratitude and bliss is in their life in the moment.
