Since the dawn of man the threat to our safety has always come from beyond the mountains, across the sea, or over the border.

The worlds people are now more economically and physically dependent on each other. No longer can we look conveniently past our gate and point the finger of blame. For every action there is a reaction, we the people are to blame.

The threat is more real now than it has ever been. Like a baby chick inside its egg we have used up our abundant resources of life sustaining yoke. We have pecked a hole in our shell by sending rockets into space.

It is time for us to unite as humankind in search of the economical, physical and spiritual sustenance which our species will need to survive. "We the people of planet Earth", can create a force and a power of love and togetherness like nothing that has ever existed here before. We have the technology, the resources, and free will to do so.

In the beginning we perceived the threat to be nature. As we began to rule over nature we perceived the threat to be our neighbor. Now we grow to know our neighbor and understand nature, realizing that all along the only real threat has been the evil in our ways.

The threat is very real yet when each of us, understands where it comes from, we will be able to cast it from our world. The only protection we really need is the truth.

The only thing Man*Kind has to give up, to achieve persoanl and global peace, is fear.
