Women in BurqasAmsterdam Mulls Axing Dole for Women in Burqas
An official in Holland's biggest city wants to introduce legislation that would ban unemployed women who wear a burqa from receiving welfare payments if it prevents them from finding a job. The issue is the latest Dutch soul-searching over its relations with its own immigrants. http://service.spiegel.de/cache/international/0,1518,412355,00.html Do you agree on this point, if it prevents them from finding a job.? On one hand I wonder how many women will drop the Burgas - and their believes- to find a job, on the other hand I do not see why some one shall receive a welfare if he is not botherd to find a job? submitted by:
