Day 17 of 30 Days to Creating a Change in Direction

The waters have been quite turbulent the last few days. Nevertheless we have prevailed in remaining on course towards our new direction of peace and prosperity. Participation is happening on many levels and in many wondrous ways that I could never have anticipated, so thanks to every one of you.

The next stage in our journey is almost ready to unfold. In the days to come, we will be continuing to connect and move forward together; yet in order for that to happen smoothly, it will help to take some time and allow ourselves to stabilize before moving on.

One way to explain what's happening is to think of our project as a bowl of Jell-O. We have combined the ingredients, heated them together and poured them into the mold. Now it's time to allow the Jell-O to set. If we keep stirring it up, it won't form properly. It's time to chill a little, so to speak.

With that idea in mind, let's release the collective contract behind some of the stress we're experiencing via the media and the politicians. Today's Sacred Cow is:

"Keep the fear going by fueling it with speculation, uncertainty and psychodrama."

When our minds and bodies are kept under continual stress, we are more susceptible to illness, misinformation, fantasies and accidents. Tipping this Sacred Cow will calm down the external noise a bit. Then finding some time to rest and still your mind will be a tremendous help.
