Countdown: 8 Days remaining of 30 Days to Creating a Change in Direction

In America, the holidays are notoriously stressful. During my days working as a medical intuitive consultant, I found that the number one cause of stress came from people not minding their own business and trying to force their will on someone else. Whether it was a business, friend, family or romantic relationship, the story was almost always the same.

Interestingly enough, once the agreement was released and the person seriously decided to stop, either by saying "no" or by letting go of their need to interfere, their physical, mental and emotional health immediately improved, almost like magic. Think about disagreements that happen during family get- togethers. Ninety percent of the time it's because someone is pushing too far into someone else's business.

Where does this urge to poke into other people's privacy come from? It's a learned agreement from Society and if you doubt it, look at what we're doing in Iraq.

So in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, I would like to have us release our collective, personal and familial agreement with this Sacred Cow:

"Interfere in other people's business without their permission."
