Peace is simple.But we are day by day making it more complex.You will be at peace if you think and do good of others.Why we are running after things which make us more violent.We have to regulate and control our thought process and see us as mini-universes so that we abide by the laws of equlibrium which are sustaining the universe.
Give plenty of loveand affection to others.Try to understand the emotions of others.Do not run after violent vulgarity like dominance of male power,raping of women,hating others,jealousy and an over materialistic culture that create inequlibrium in secretion of hormones and neurotransmitters in our body and mind.Kindly apply all such positiveness in your life so that you can make it simple to enjoy peace in life and contribute to global peace.
