I think we need to admitt that we now have an entire military made up of mercenaries. Our sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers and so on, all paid mercenaries.

They are supposedly there to protect our wonderful free enterprise system, but interestingly they are mercenaries precisely because that system is a lie and because they can't make it themselves in the very system they are supposably protecting.

I would say it's the same for the teachers. They teach the young obstensably how to survive in a system, again, they couldn't really make it in without their government job as well.

Generalizations for sure, made to make a point. But I would say in defense, let all who now work for the government leave and show us how great this socio-economic system is that they are defending and educating the young for.
