I awoke from a nightmare and realized with peaceful reassurance that the fear and panic is humanly understandable, but something we all could overcome with faith in God, America and ourselves. Remember what we stand for! Have bravery to confront evil!

Many people wrongly have told me to stop blogging for fear of political retribution?. They are partly correct! Read below about my current legal problems!. We must stop blogging Anonymously! Hiding behind screen names gives any Gestapo the ability to silence screennames like "Airkooled05", "DolphinsPatrol" or "Fa1thful1" for that matter.

So I announce my identity proudly to America. I am Mr. James Charles Ellis Sr. (Former OS2(SW) in the US Navy), of Virginia Beach, Virginia. I announce my candidacy for President of the United States of America! Because I don't have money, wealth or power. I have strength of my faith in God. I believe that Americans can become united against the tyranny and corruption both within and outside of America. Because I took seriously my enlistment oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic!

If you don't like me, please vote for me anyway out of disgust for the current two party system of Rubberstamp Republicans and Democrats! They tried to keep us fat dum and happy with the insult of a two dollar minimum wage increase, and taking impeachment off the table!!!

The people mandated in 2006 elections that: the Wars end, and Impeachment of Both Cheney, Bush and Rice Commence! Otherwise, spare us the trouble, all three Resign NOW! Turn Iraq over to the United Nations! The UN can do their job of mediating disputes! The United States can return to diplomacy and international cooperation, not occupation!

I am a believer in: God, also in Allah, the higher power, the Great Spirit of the
Native American s, Atheists, Agnostics, and Tinhats. I admit conspiracy abounds. Maybe aliens, both good and bad... possibly exist? Why say this? America became great by the combined efforts of all peoples, gender, orientations, beliefs and nationalities. America has been purposefully ruined by hatred, bigotry and fear. All so the corrupt can get away with greed and collusion by creating confusion with diversions.. We must join together!

My prior personal sins are confessed before God, not any person or politician. They will not be a campaign issue lest my opponents want their sins likewise revealed, or alleged. There is and was, no pure person ever, except if you believe in Jesus, Mohammed or Buddha! Politics must cease to be smear campaigns and instead deal with facts.

I will not lie like some politicians do. I predict that politics will bring up both contrived and true human mistakes I made to attempt to keep me from exposing the lies, greed, and corruption ruining our nation and the world. Yes I use foul language sometimes, but I try not to! Admissions? I deserve a speeding ticket for 15mph over, maybe 19mph at worst! Not the sham reckless driving charge I am now facing over politics and perceived peripheral issues! With persons reminding me if the judge has to throw me in jail (unless I reverse or address justifiable compliants made in the past against a lawyer and police officer) that I might lose my Veterans disability benefits if jailed for a year, and therefore my home ,and my ability to see my children with no license, to give them a home, a future with college! That is not America that I served to win our rights and opportunity!

A judge possibly angry because I asked the USDOJ to investigate the local courts over percieved irregularities of the local family and court system? Over a ticket wrongly written for 21 mph over, when my speedometer would have read 19 mph over per calibration tests, and as I recall read 15MPH over, while I was passing a vehicle that was dangerously shadowing and roadraging me with my child in the car???? This was not reckless to be avoiding a dangerous driver who was shadowing my vehicle? Traffic was moving on that interstate at 10-15 mph over. Several cars passed me without tickets and the ticket was a "pace" ticket, not on radar? Why did the officer not charge them, instead of me?

I asked my Senator for help. The judge told me he could not have a mere junior senator tell him what sentence to impose.
If I am jailed or killed, or my license revoked, please folks, make me a political martyr! Spread the word and someone else run who has the courage to clean up Corruption in Washington DC! Someone surely is afraid of what I can expose if elected, or perhaps even now!

I question why is no-one in Congress investigating, debating, or charging for violations those responsible for 10 billion dollars of missing or fraud dollars in Iraq, lies to to Congress to wage wars over ever changing false pretenses and goals? Instead we have those of us charged with false charges, Tales of intel people set up on false missions (sometimes years later )even, or CIA agents identities revealed, to silence their knowledge of the corrupt and powerful who have gotton away with literally trillions times more than any past leaders??

America needs a truly brave and human President who can admit errors. Good leaders seek advice from experts. I dont know it all. I do have the smarts to ask others what I dont know, and then verify before saying so. That prevents mistaken wars among other things.

I may be crazy to believe I can win. The cards are stacked against me, but if faith that God, or fate, or luck, or all of them, will help me win I will try and we all can suceed. I dont even fear death from assasination for exposing evil! At age 5, I had a near death experience. Upon almost reaching the light I heard a voice say: "Go back, you have work to do in this life." If I die trying so be it! I would rather live in freedom and democracy than die in tyranny and fear.

I ask for your vote in November 2008. I ask for any help to create a true miracle to elect me. Pass on my emails, call your friends, get my name on state ballots. I dont have any knowledge how to campaign or getr on ballots, but I am sure there are people who do! Write in my name and protest in states to get write-in ballots allowed where they prohibit it.

My Qualifications: See my journal at the end of this email by following the link. 9 presidents had no college degree, one was single that I know of. Several were disabled in some way. GW Bush gone wrong can be on vacation (48% of the time?), how can Republicans criticize my service connected disabilities? Sure they will try though. The last two Presidents used or tried allegedely used Pot or cocaine. (They denied or downplayed it, I tell you now I wont do either, just will admit that it was a tempting mistake. YES! I inhaled very deeply and held my toke for what it's worth).

Do I have a chance or prayer of winning? If the people come together and mandate it! I would run on any party ticket, except Republican or as an independent! Once elected I would mandate party line voting end in Congress by asking each member of
Congress to post why they voted on each issue according to conscience and until we ban corporate funds, who financed their votes! Do we have this opportunity to raise serious campaign issues? America surely does! Make my voice heard! and you who read this email pass it on and gather support for Jim Ellis for President! The military is meant to protect the nation and serve freedom. In peacetime they can have job security by helping to rebuild from natural disasters and supporting humane projects. Wow! what an idea! Citizens and wildlife will be guaranteed a protected and nurtured environment. , polluters will be fined for willful violations and assisted to stop ingnorant polluting. The people will be put first, Corporations will be put last.
