Creating A New World Together

To shift to another way of looking at ourselves and the world is not easy. Although we are intellectually capable of saying the right things, when it comes to our deeper attitudes and our behaviour, we remain slaves of our conditioning. Slaves to habit, to our desire to win approval, our need to impress others and so on. At the first sign of trouble, when things go wrong or we hear what we don't want to hear, we turn into petty quarrelsome children and peace flies out of the window.

Is it possible for us to come together to create a totally new kind of world, where recognition is no longer based on what you achieve but on who you are, an environment in which love flows unconditionally and where we are able to speak, and to live the truth without fear?

How many people in the world would see this as a desirable goal, and if there are not too many who do, is it possible for the few who consider it important, to support each other in a struggle to make the “impossible” our reality?

Can we make possible, a world in which:

The basic aim of education will be to teach us to love and to care for each other.

Where emotional maturity and a sense of responsibility will carry more weight than the ability to spell correctly or to master intellectual concepts.

A world in which we care enough to make sure that the basic needs of people everywhere are met and where everyone has enough food, water, clothing and a roof over their heads.

A world in which each of us will be able to unfold in accordance with our talents and the inner essence which defines us

The question is this: What do we need to do, what are some of the issues we need to look at, and to struggle with, in order to transform the way we live?

I am looking forward to creating a space together with all of you, in which we can share our personal experiences, reflections and insights on how to make the world a better place for all of us.

I would like to use the list for discussion about, war and money and control; I like to add one more issue to the list and that is awareness, Before, the two middle east wars: the awareness and reminder, and teacher of young voters, that before; there was a war in 1980-1988

Irag, thought that this would be an easy battle, It had weapons and iran, was isolated, yet, it had more people, and it just ended in a standstill. I beleive to be aware of the middle east and why their, in negation or in war, looing back to as early 1920 when we had no crucial interest; only 4 per cent depentent, and the corperation, gulf oil, wanted to be envolved with middle east, and the awareness of exactly what our relationship with middle east, Enlightment for me is an aware that many people are unaware, of war and dealth, they alienated, unknowing, and returning to the list, freedom,
Is the ability to choose to know, commitment is knowing and standing behind what you know, loyalty, is to on side of freedom, with certain adjustment, and continuing to learn, it also point of reevalution, of where you and test the reality of new information, trust, is making sure, that your motive are ethical torward the heart which is love, trust heart and take the responsibility to know your vulnerabilties, and strength, who you are and what you experinece, what and taking the responsibility to learn and find tools before you jump into action, respect,
that, a poem, a speach, a personal experience, a knowledgable planed out workable, plan, can sway a nation, not by its self, but by all people, and enlightment, is coming together, growing together, being tolerant, if isnot broken fix, it, and if broken and you fix let it ago, and start finding a new way, Enlightment, in propeace today, it not always religious as much as person, who loves life, and values it worth,
does not have to be part of a religion, Getting along. If two lawyers are married, sometimes you have be wrong even your right. Looking at humans like biological chain, like a plant, in bloom, each stage in the cycle is the blume, we are the cycle, we are bloom take care
