I wonder what it would be like to disarm everything, I have always solved issues, with observing more finding answer in person life line; no one person is going to be able to find the answer;
Taking time to look lables, and current attidutes, and looking, we statitistis, and if we rely them viable all would be well, unfortunate, i had job, and my statistic through colaboration, were used with for other sister organization, to get funding and it was problem because, I was do work and I was bringing the statistics, once they had power from the money, they came and change my programs that had a waiting for, and i left, and six months there statistics, to finance, sister programs, and my programs i initiated own, without the a group of people designing gave the youth area, an educational and positive experience. One of my strength in the program, because it was different from former background, was that I observe who i was working with and not years were same, I call adjustment to change; when if first started my job in district library, i only had to work with three years olds to young adults.
and I was ask to have two year problem; It was exceptionally popular, and part of course, is that, i very enthusiasm and keep exciting, but one thing that happened in the course of the program(

I child with his grandmother, and she was older and little demanding, and I knew that two years old have special ability move and know whats going on at the same time, I read standing and moving, with two year and most would sit and watch me. but this grandmother was upset and planned never bring her grandchild back because he would not sit and he look at me, which little over demanding of tot who been on the earth for two year, and the library, to rebuild your enthusiasm for books and it's school; so she came the next week and told me when she took him home to parents, he told them every detail almost word for word what I read, that is why I think observation, is important, talking people and learn about education and activities, and what people experience, professional observers are good, to certain exstend, you really have to be there, to know what seeing, exstend perceptions and open mind new possibilities, because there, I took learn weapon disarment, and guestion what if. When things don't me, I was think well what if i tried something or what if i turned the triangle upside, mmmmm what if, what if were no weapons Len, If there weapons, I would say that, the even brained would gone through evolution process, and everyone would life on higher level.
