July 17, 2007 Fire the Grid

July 17, 2007 I would humbly ask all communites including this one to take one hour between 7am and 8am to pray or meditate or visualize and intend the cleaning and clearing of the crystal core of mother earth and all of it's inhabitants. Many will be at work or on their way so for many this will be difficult; but a special piece of your favorite uplifting music or poems or writings could be listened to in the vehicle to link in with the millions that will be praying and meditating and chanting, singing , gonging, drumming etc to help cleanse the earth of all it's toxins. One piece of music that was reccomended was Bradfield's "Be Still Thy Soul" Here are the words.

Be still thy soul
Relinquish this hold
Make thee again whole
Be still thy mind
Let thee unwind
And seek out a shrine

Harvest the gold
That's planted around you
Strand by strand
You'll be somewhat more certain
Carve out your role
And reaach for the heavens
All you can dream
What you can be
Know that the sky will deliver

Be still thy heart
With journey's afar
And rivers of stars
Bestow thy love
On all that ye touch
On all that ye may

Hence, let it be told
that rhyme will be reason
Paint your world with shades that will uplift you
And break, break from the mold
Shake off the illusions
Never again lost in dismay
All that you need is within you

Be still thy soul
And fix on the goal
Thy tale will be told
Be still thy mind
Make thee one with the source of life.

Gratitude and Bliss

Her name is Shelley Yates, and you can find an eight-part video series at YouTube. What I got from her videos is that we can help heal the earth best by getting in touch with our own spirituality with an attitude of gratitude and bliss. There are no requirements, no dogma, no rituals because everyone is invited and expected, not just those who have that particular hour to give to meditation. My suggestion is to ask whoever is in your presence at that time for a few minutes to participate in a celebration circle in which each in turn can share whatever gratitude and bliss is in their life in the moment. If the more formal observance is more to your liking, then go for it!

(By the way, the song cited above is available as a free MP3 download.)
