On average, during a violent warring conflict for every combatant killed in action, 50 to 100 civilians will be injured or killed by the long term over all resulting affects. On average, for every combatant that enters the conflict, 10 civilians will flee the country, leaving what quickly becomes a foreign occupation, fighting a civil war which degrades into a military police force being handed over to a dictatorial head of state to restore order by killing, arresting and torturing what remains of their civilian and military opposition.
