I was sent a link today of a news story about a letter that was written by the leaders of the Muslim faith to the leaders of the Christian faith. It was an amazing show of solidarity to have them focus on the similarities between the two religions instead of the differences. This was illustrated by quoting scripture from the bible and verses from the Qur'an. Within the body of the story there is a link that says "read the letter". I encourage all of you to read the actual letter, it will bring a warmth to your heart.
The media would have us believe that there will always be war between these two groups, I do not agree. This letter proves there is a dialogue happening that can change the world.
