Military Recruitment in the Schools
... is probably in the propeace archives somewhere, because there's no "more" link at the bottom of What's New? If this issue burns me up, I can imagine how those of you with school kids must feel! Besides the obvious invasion of privacy issue, the military are experts at brainwashing, and your grade 9 to 12 students are particularly vulnerable - especially as unemployment rises and financial aid for college falls. I got my information from www.militaryfreezone.org. If you can't make it to one of those events, please check out the information about how you can at least opt out as an individual parent.
