The Department of Peace makes so much sense that I wondered why we haven't always had one. In fact, we know how to order the world so that our sense of justice is satisfied and therefore there would be peace. That our political leaders also know this goes without saying. So why do we have wars and injustice? This led me to research "the Establishment" What are "they" really up to and what motivates them? They obviously are not motivated by what motivates me! I have discovered that the "Powers that Be" are members of various secret societies that have initiation rites involving murder and drinking blood, the cultivation of an elitism that links them to ancient initiation rites and which leads them to believe they have a divine right to rule the world. Scary stuff. The existence of such a cabal, the Anglo American Establishment, has been documented by many researchers and a good place to start is www.globalresearch.ca which has good information about how the illusion of the world as we know it is created. There are many researchers who have documented that all the wars of the last 200 years have been started by State Sponsored False Flag terrorism. The Second World War - the rise of Hitler and militarism in Japan were all engineered by the Anglo American Establishment. A major result of WWII was the establishment of the CIA and the secret government. The Military Industrial Complex and the Multinationals are autonomous. They choose who the candidates will be, those people who will serve their interests. When both Bush and Kerry belong to Skull and Bones (one of the secret societies) you know that something is seriously wrong. Perhaps when we have established the Department of Peace it will expose the CIA Wall Street connection and call for a constitutional convention to re-establish the balance of powers, get rid of the Federal Reserve and curb the power of the corporations. Hey, we know justice is the basis of peace. Lets recognize the methods of control (the monetary system and corporations with rights that trump ours) and go after the real culprits.
