Growing Pains

This is very interesting in light of the controversy in this country about the status of Mexicans who cross the border in search of agricultural and sweat-shop work. It is a tragic reflection of the effects of the increase in human population, technological development, disparity between rich and poor, and mobility on our ability to coexist on this ever-shrinking planet. If we can meet this challenge by undermining the myth of scarcity, it will be a major step towards a world without borders.
